Wednesday, August 5

Registration and Captains Meeting

5:00 PM – On-site registration opens
5:00 PM – Food and drinks available
7:00 PM – On-site registration closes
7:00 PM – Mandatory Captains Meeting
8:00 PM – Deadline to enter optional cash award categories

Thursday, August 6

Tournament Start

10:00 AM – Official tournament start

Teams may depart from any eligible inlet between Apalachicola and Fort Walton Beach, but no participating boat may depart before 10:00 AM Central Time.

Tournament fishing begins following departure.

Friday, August 7

Fishing Day

Tournament fishing continues throughout the day.

No public weigh-in will be held Friday.

Saturday, August 8

Final Fishing Day and Weigh-In

Tournament fishing continues throughout the day.

5:00 PM – Official weigh-in begins at Lighthouse Marina
8:00 PM – Scales close

Drinks, tournament merchandise, sponsor displays, and weigh-in activities will be available during the event.

Sunday, August 9

Awards Breakfast at Deckhand Social

8:30 AM – Awards breakfast begins

Awards will be presented for the tournament’s overall, species, angler, boat, and optional cash award categories.
